We tear out the existing kitchen and start over. You'll find all new cabinets and appliances (Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave). New sink, fixtures, and disposal.
BATHS
Bathrooms are completely updated. We add new toilets, sinks, fixtures, vanity, mirror, lighting. We add designer tile surrounds and tile flooring.
BASEMENTS
We finish all our basements. We even enlarge the windows to make them conforming bedrooms. It also adds a lot of light. Depending upon the size of the basement we also include a family room. Bathrooms are updated or added. Again, designer tile and all new fixtures.
WINDOWS
We replace ALL the windows. E-efficent vinyl, saving you on your utility bills.
EXTERIOR
We landscape, install sprinkler system and fence, and paint exterior with 3 colors.
